Week 9.

WEEK 9 For the first time since your stay in the Vault began, no one died this week. That doesn't mean there weren't casualties among you, however – namely, trust, interpersonal relationships, and comfort in the group dynamic as a whole. Hopefully no one else pays the price for it. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. You're safe for now – unless your dreams have told you otherwise... SURVIVORS REMAINING: 10

[Yosuke doesn't have much planned for today- but he has this. After the meeting there's some things he has to ask. So he hits the conference room in the morning]

Hey Glory, it's Yosuke! Sorry I haven't talked to you in awhile.

Been better. But I'm sure the others have told you a lot about what happened. I can tell you more if you want but I gotta ask you about something real fast.

Anyways, I found something in the game room I wanted to ask you about. Does the name Hilda mean anything to you?

HILDA? YES.

[Noon comes and goes and... there's nothing from the Kingmaker this time, apparently. After the mess that happened last week--Bruce had assumed there would be something.

Guess he was wrong. (Like so many other things.)

Its only after noon then does Bruce actually emerge from his room. He makes a stop at the kitchen first to get some leftovers to eat (or to make something to eat, if there is nothing). After food is done he spends a bit of time in the dining hall going through his notebook for more notes, generally as a refresher on everything he knows and has gathered from others.

Once that is done he spends pretty much the rest of the day searching through every room from the second floor up. He tries to look through each room as much as he can, though as the day passes its clear that the lack of finding anything new is trying at his (admittedly already little) patience.

He does stop eventually - though its more or less way past nighttime by then, and he goes back to his room to start compiling everything in his notebook once more. His door is open, again, as it has been doing a lot recently. Somebody clearly is giving less and less care to his own general safety.]

[Sigrun has worked hard on some character sheets for everyone! Aren't they simple and cute? She's written on the bottom some handy things:

... Additionally, there's a small arrow --> pointing to flip over, where Black's familiar small and neat handwriting streams across the back of the character sheets. It's new info!

After passing all those under the doors of the living, the two stop by the vending machine. Sigrun seems to want to push the vending machine over, though, judging by how she's debating that "it has to be emptier now than it was when we got here, let's see what's behind it" to Black's slight dismay.

They're are going back up to the conference room sometime after Yosuke's gone! Sigrun draws a little troll with about ten legs jutting out from the rib area on a human and a jaw past its... "knees" before writing a list.

i know we shouldn't trust him but i still want to talk to him
4. we can't get in contact with our dead friends. do you know why? or can you find out why?
5. relating to ^ that, if we end up not being able to get in contact with them in any way, will you convey messages to and from us?

about ambitious:
1. do you know if he's working with km this round?
2. or if he did work with km. like you did, apparently. black told me! it's okay though
3. i remember that apparently he isn't supposed to be dead? do you know anything about that
or is that his crazy acting up
4. what kind of person is he besides crazy and not trustworthy? and a killjoy

i was thinking km did something but i can't figure out what he could've done
not even beamy (colress's psychic pet-friend) can make contact with them
he could do it before

She tried in our first week, too, actually. [ He was there. He remembers. ] She thinks there's a secret passageway behind it or something like that.

It's the best place to put it because no one'd think to look there.

S-still, you're just looking to push the whole thing over? [...] I can't say that's a terrible idea.

Granted, seeing as it's our one supplier of stuff that's not the Kingmaker, can't say I'm all for this idea until we can tell for sure there's something behind it.

[The minutes tick down into seconds, as Speedwagon waited for the announcement that usually plagued them. Back plastered to the wall of the foyer, he waited... and waited... and nothing came. By the time he finally concluded that nothing would be coming today, it was almost ten after.

...It was luck for them. Less incentive for anyone to kill again. After last week, it was just what he could want.

After noon, life.... returns to normal, just about. Speedwagon's day is mostly uneventful; a trip to the kitchen for lunch, while spending a bit of time in the dining hall looking over... something on a sheet of paper.

The only other notable spots are the dojo and the bar. He's in the dojo for a good bit of time, practice-punching a couple of mats set up as a makeshift dummy. His stance is uneven as shit, the guy's never fought properly to begin with, so... maybe start now?

In the bar he's looking over everything one last time. Checking that secret compartment and all. There's not much else to find, though. So when a round of searching bears no fruit, he gives up early and grabs a bottle from the shelf.

One last drink for the road. Why not?]
