Final Investigation.

You've all done very well to make it this far, but it's not over yet. The klaxons blare out today, as they always do – there's no reason they should do any differently, not least of which because it's a Thursday; strange things usually don't happen around here until Fridays, and there's no reason to think that today will be any different. But as soon as you awaken and get a glimpse of what's happening down that first-floor corridor, it becomes very apparent that that's far from the case. The usual rooms on the eastern wing of the first floor are gone entirely, replaced by more of that glossy black that coats the courtroom; it's a little vertigo-inspiring at first, but it's not dangerous. Of more interest, then, is probably those three rooms that seem to be waiting for you – one to the north, two to the south. Choose where you're going to go. Look around for a while. What else are you going to do, after all? >Explore?

[Well, it's time to open up lucky door #3. He turns to look at Stan and Bruce before he opens up the door to peer inside.]

Let's see... couple of sets of throwing knives, couple of swords, a pike, and a flail. Try not to pick something you don't know how to use, don't want anyone to hurt themselves.

[Lucky door #3 seems to lead into... a library? It sure does look like a library. It's set up like the one that was on the first floor until Weird Shit happened; it's got entirely too many shelves crammed into such a small place, but strangely enough most of the shelves are empty.

There's a door in the southern wall of the room as well.

So what do you all want to look at first?]

[Well this is certainly... something. Bruce relaxes a little, but he keeps his senses alert in case anything happens.]

[The north room is the biggest, and therefore potentially has the most to discover: Cherryblod is cautious about entering, but not nervous. This is the best lead they've had for weeks.

He has a sword in his right hand - his left shoulder is the one that's bruised, and it's healing anyway, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. In his pockets there's a set of brass knuckles.

Behind him are Yosuke and Colress, two people he'd trust his back to any day.

[Her team's Black, Mouri, and Speedwagon. Not too shabby a crew. Black'll be busy taking notes in his sketchbook as usual, so... the other two will be given duties judging that they're dealing with.

Seeing as the bigger room on the left's being taken by Cherry and his team, Sigrun moves cautiously to the first on the right, peering in with a hand held to stop her boys. Just in case.]

[That's just it — you'd expect there to be a lot of books on the shelves, right? Most of them are empty, however. In fact, there's only one book in here. That's kind of a ripoff. What a terrible library.]

[It's in his bag, in a tupperware cuz of course it is- and when he opens what looks like MIGHT have intended to be curry at one time- a smell comes out.

If smell has a color this shit is toxic purple. he closes it again fast before he can accidentally gas the party and end the game early]
