Take Initiative.
| It seems things have been resolved - peacefully, if more than a little awkwardly for most parties involved. However, there's still work to do here, isn't there? Ryuunosuke shrugs after a long moment; tips his head up a bit. "Hey, Glory? Let everyone up." And apparently that's all it takes, though what that actually does isn't something that happens all at once - rather, panels slide out from the wall, forming a staircase up to that balcony they've been standing on. Mettaton doesn't really wait for the others to join them; he just leaves back through that section of wall they entered from, calling something back over his shoulder. "We've got another room to work from back here, darlings, this shouldn't take too long to work out." >Follow? |

But Aqua's not the sort to leave things unfinished, and she... well. She's not sure what, exactly, she'll say to him, but.
She clears her throat. ]
Hard at work?
no subject
He doesn't look at her, though.]
Not too busy to talk, darling, if that's what you want.
no subject
If it's no issue, yes. Please.
no subject
All right, then. Fine. Let's do that. He's still smiling, but it's honestly because he's got no damn idea what else to do with his face.]
What's on your mind, sweetheart?
no subject
A lot of things--but I'm sure that's not a surprise.
[ .... ]
It would be easy for me to hate you. [ That's sure said pretty bluntly. ] But I have to ask: Do you expect me to hate you?
no subject
I think I deserve it. Probably.
no subject
[ And isn't that a surprise? ]
You could have erased us all, in the end. I can't say I'm not upset about what happened, but I don't regret spending time with you and getting to know you.
[ ... If she were without her memories, maybe she'd feel different. But some things are more important than holding a grudge, right? ]
If I didn't believe you hadn't truly changed in some way, I'd be much more inclined to hate you. You helped us escape, though. I can't ignore that.
no subject
I don't hate any of you either, you know. None of this was personal for me, and I don't regret getting to know you as well as I did.
[...]
You're...important.
no subject
[ That... was the scary part, she'll admit. ]
You're my friend. That hasn't changed.
[ Aqua thinks--no, she's certain there are several people who would call her foolish, accepting her murderer as her friend. But Aqua's always been a stubborn one.
She's beginning to think that's not as bad as Maleficent and Xehanort would like to make her believe. ]
no subject
You're mine too. Even if I never did really tell you that before.
no subject
I figured as much. Sometimes, you don't need to tell someone you consider them a friend.
[ Actions speak louder than words, etc. ]
no subject
I'm...sorry about everything that happened, you know.
no subject
I know.
[ Really, she does. ]
But to make it up to me for good measure, I'd still like to see some of your magic.
no subject
I stand by what I said, then - whenever you like.
no subject
[ the whole. portal thing. ]

...Well, I'm going home with Sigrun, so...if you ever come by, or if we ever see you otherwise, I'd love to show you.
