Take Initiative.
| It seems things have been resolved - peacefully, if more than a little awkwardly for most parties involved. However, there's still work to do here, isn't there? Ryuunosuke shrugs after a long moment; tips his head up a bit. "Hey, Glory? Let everyone up." And apparently that's all it takes, though what that actually does isn't something that happens all at once - rather, panels slide out from the wall, forming a staircase up to that balcony they've been standing on. Mettaton doesn't really wait for the others to join them; he just leaves back through that section of wall they entered from, calling something back over his shoulder. "We've got another room to work from back here, darlings, this shouldn't take too long to work out." >Follow? |

Excuse me, Mettaton-san? May I speak with you for a moment?
[...She was barely capable of saying two words to him without being flustered in VR land, what could she possibly want to say to him now.]

Of course. What is it, sweetheart?

When we first came here, we were told that our worlds had been destroyed and that the two of you had saved us from that. [... If her tone sounds a little sore about that, that's probably to be expected, considering that it was a lie and all.] I don't know if you or Ryuunosuke-san would recall, but I thanked the Kingmaker at the time for having done that for us. Even though it turned out to be a lie...
... I just wanted to say that I'm glad that my gratitude was not misplaced. Despite the horrible things the two of you put us through--which, I can't say that I can forgive you entirely for, but I'm... I'm glad I was given the chance to meet everyone here. It's another chance for some of us to make things right for ourselves, too.
[Unintentionally, you guys actually did save her from a world that may as well be destroyed for all that matters. Heck, she probably wouldn't even be alive right now if she had been left alone back home instead of getting sucked into this stupid murder game.]
So... thank you both, for that. [Accompanied by a polite bow of the head, too.]

Well, you really shouldn't thank us, but...I know what you mean. It was like that for me, too, for a while. Last time, I mean.
[...]
Thank you for telling me all that, though, sweetheart. And...I'm sorry. For everything.

Instead of accepting or denying the apology, Megumi just smiles.]
Try not to give Cherryblod-san and Sigrun-san too much trouble, okay? [She's wishing the best for all of you (yes, including serial killer Ryuunosuke... what has become of her life, seriously), so... yeah, no more questionable activities like murder games guys, alright.]

Take care of yourself.
