WEEK 4.

WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. I don't have a lot of experience examining them, but I don't have a problem touching corpses and I've got combat experience, so I can recognize a good amount of injuries. Should it come to that.

I've...been speaking to him regularly, but I don't know if there's anything to report. It's mostly been frivolous. I did hear the same as you though, regarding...Angela's death.

[Jasper is fast, but she's not super fast or anything like that. She's built to excel at brute force. She moves to block him; not to strike yet, just to attempt to block the attack.]

[Silver enters the pool area, and sees Elda!

...And then he heads into the girl's changing room, grabs a bathing suit, balls it up, and chucks it at Elda's head.]

[Weavile is always here for food, man. He hops out of the water and follows Gold immediately. Of course, Silver isn't very far behind him.]

[The incentive leaves Hanyuu in a foul mood- well, an already more foul mood than she's been in! Less despondent depression and more generally frustration and annoying. Awesome. She'll be at the meeting tonight, but besides that...

First thing's first, a stop by the vending machine. Not like last time was exactly favorable, but it's almost an idle, methodical action. She's got her Maidenly Carry-on Bag to hold everything, and...well there's stun grenades, awesome. And another doll of Chiyuki which is great but she keeps going and- ...gets a large tea bag that she's pretty sure she knows what can be used for and again, the incentive really pissed her off so Hanyuu is just quietly annoyed and aggravated and keeps putting in coins, until-

Until she gets an empty syringe, at which point, in an almost childish pout, she stomps her foot and kicks the machine.]

You stupid--! Ugh, aaagh, why do you give out such- stupid...!

[She's not having a good time of this so let's find something else to do.

She hasn't really looked around the newest floor, save for a brief talk with Judy yesterday, so she'll do that, earlier in the day. Where she settles on is the pool, though not to swim, traditionally. No, she removes her sandals and socks and just puts her feet in the water, much calmer than earlier but mostly just. Wistful, melancholic. Staring at the water and her reflection. She's again wearing her miko outfit, but without the sleeves, so it feels somehow like she's smaller than usual. Or maybe it just has to do with how she's holding herself.

Besides that, there's not much to do. She's pointedly avoiding the infirmary, and just quietly retreats to her usual spot of the games room, where she finds a deck of cards and starts up a game of solitaire.]

[Nick's just out to get some coffee and lunch, when he notices his favourite classmate with the same idea. The only difference is that he has some kind of.... snake.. thing?? sitting on his shoulders and that's enough to garner Nick curiously approaching him to find out what it is.]

[Guess who else is in the pool? It's Silver. He's pretty focused on swimming laps as quickly as possible and exerting himself. Weavile notices Hanyuu first and goes to sit next to her, while Silver takes a while to notice her, but eventually stops and swims over to Hanyuu to see what she's doing.]

Are you okay?

...I'll keep them in our room.

[Yikes.]

Is that book hers?

No. [ Look like Silver has an idea anyway.]

[ She blocks his jab easily enough, which he's not too surprised about. He figures she has power behind her, but he might as well test that too as he transitions into a one-two punch with a decent amount of force behind it.]

Maybe she wasn't in a deep sleep? Or maybe she woke up?

[Yeah that's something he's going to ask about when he gets the chance.]

[By this point, she has, with a few people. But... But she remembers the aftermath of the first trial. Her heart aches.]

Rika died. She was murdered...and I turned back time to try and save her.

Maybe we could get a tool from the workshop and open it, then. Even if it's too small to fit into, there might be something inside of it.

If that can fit in there, Mugetsu probably could too. But he doesn't have hands, so he wouldn't be able to do anything but look.

Time travel would take some really strong magic to do, wouldn't it?

[IE way more than what Judy could do, so it has to be a different rabbit.]
