WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. [ Viktor walks in, sees Gold and his Pokémon... and immediately pulls out his phone and snaps a picture. ]

Which gets Gold to look over, and he'll throw up a hand for Viktor too.]

Taking pictures! Lots of terrible things happen in this place, so I want to capture some of the good moments.

[ He pulls up a photo of his dog before holding the phone so Gold can take a look. Said photo appears to have been taken in the middle of a doggy bath because that is a very sudsy poodle. ]

Isn't he cute?

Seriously cute! [be cool gold be cool--] Oh man, just look at him! Does he behave in the bath, or is he one of the ones that sneaks out when you're lookin' away?

He's well-behaved in the bath. Most of the time, at least. Sometimes I get soaked when he shakes the water off.

[ Here's another picture. This one was taken outside on a winter day, with a sheet of snow covering the ground. Makkachin is on a leash, wagging his tail excitedly as a a red-headed woman pets him. ]

No idea. Maybe? She was talking about wanting to break up with her boyfriend last I saw her.

Alright, alright, how old is she? 'Cause I'm noticin' that a lotta the older ladies ain't really into bein' flirted with by a guy my age, so let's get that out right now.

[... They'll tolerate it because it's cute that he tries, and he's otherwise a good boy, but.]

Eighteen. She'd probably laugh and lift you over her head if you hit on her.

Is that... a good thing, or is she the type of girl to throw what she's got in her hands?

I'm not going to tell you. You'll have to find out yourself if you ever meet her. [ :) ]

[There's a pause before a reaction, not quite hesitance but clearly not his usual.]

Lookin' forward to it! What other kinda people do you know?

[ This time he shows a picture of a blond 15-year-old who seems to be yelling at a black-haired guy. ]

That's Yuri Plisetsky and Georgi Popovich. As you can see, Yuri is an angry little thing.

Yeah, seriously. What's he yellin' about?

He probably wanted Georgi to shut up about his girlfriend breaking up with him. Not that it worked, because Georgi ended up making heartbreak his theme for the season. That's not how you get over your ex...

Yikes. And he went on national TV with that, I'm guessin'?

International TV, actually. He skated well, but he got way into his performance and I'm pretty sure he started crying.

[ Poor Anya... ]

Sounds like a mess. Is his ex okay?

She started dating someone else. I hope she's happy with her new boyfriend.

So do all skaters have a theme they go with? What's yours?

I don't have one right now because I took the season off to coach Yuuri, but last year it was love - or rather, what love does to a person. It can be bitter and painful, or it can give you strength.
