WEEK 4.

WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. Or perhaps just more means to get creative with regards to how you take initiative with your fellow Apprentices. APPRENTICES REMAINING: 23 APPRENTICES REMAINING: 22 APPRENTICES REMAINING: 20

[They're absolutely sleeping in the same bed for at least a couple months when they get back. You know, after getting all the crying out.]

Yeah, of course, you're gonna get your own room to decorate as you want and all! I'll take you shoppin' and Mom'll buy you dolls, she likes collectin' that kind of thing.

[...He gets to have his own Pokédolls, holy shit.]

And warm bath water?

Everything you could ever want and more.

[He'll reach over to ruffle Silver's hair.]

And even stuff you didn't think you wanted, too. I'm a rich kid, remember? Big mansion I never shut up about. Plenty of space for Pokémon. There's a lot of woods around it too, so if you ever wanna escape for a bit there's no end to trees.

[...He doesn't say anything. He's not sure how to respond, really, so he goes back to stuffing his face, instead. His face is telling, though; he's touched, and he doesn't know how to respond to that, so he'd much rather eat his feelings away.]

[... Yeah, okay, objectively speaking he has kind of a cute best friend, even if that was born from a life of loneliness. Gold's really feeling strongly about never letting him be that way again.]

More importantly, you'll never go a day without DJ Mary in your life again! Oh man, I've got her whole discography, we'll stay up all night listenin' to it!

[Not because he doesn't care, but simply because he's kind of tired and wouldn't be surprised if he ended up dozing off mid... discography, uh, whatever that means.]
