WEEK 6.
With the deaths of Viktor Nikiforov, Varric Tethras, and Killia, you're down to half of your original number. There's only fifteen of you left. How much longer before your number drops again? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Of course, that doesn't mean that you've gained nothing else among the many, many losses you've faced; it seems that another floor has been made available to you for surviving another week. Congratulations and well done, even if you might not necessarily appreciate the reward. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

[She hasn't actually messed with any of the chemicals or compounds in here. Those were always Kimbley's territory, rather than hers, and the last thing she wants is to poison everyone indirectly.]
Perhaps if you know what you're doing, you can make your own amusement in here. I can't say I've tested what some of these can do, however...
[...hmm.]
Have you? Even in passing.
no subject
[He fishes it out of his pocket, but he doesn't open it.]
I'd show you, but I wouldn't want to accidentally set your notes ablaze!
[Is he joking or is he serious...???]
no subject
[...well, that's something else to focus on. It at least sounds like it would be interesting.]
You know, you could simply ask me to move. Perhaps I'd be interested in seeing it.

[She's extremely thankful for the fact that she's no longer carrying page after page of loose paper, at least. Lusamine closes the notebook, picking it up and promptly moving her stuff away.
Once that's finished, she looks to Gangrel expectantly.]
This should be entertaining.

[While she's gathering her stuff, he'll slip out to the first aid room to grab some bandages, once he's back in the chem lab he'll be going through the chemicals to find exactly what he needs. The paper he has is back in his pocket, because he remembers what Kimbley did and said. Despite looking like the sort of person who never pays attention to anything, he's got a pretty good idea of what he's doing. He's careful to do all of this over the sink as well, because for as crazy as he is, he's not really keen on setting himself or Lusamine on fire.
Lithium chloride lights up in a really pretty crimson color when you saturate something in it and then light it on fire. The more you know! This is accompanied by evil laughter, because of fucking course it is.]
no subject
My, my--color me impressed. I did not think that you would be able to produce such wonderful shades.
[...she'll even refrain on commenting on the laughter, because...really, Gangrel...she figures he's celebrating a victory of some sort with it, at least.]
no subject
You can get it in all sorts of other colors too! Let me see if I can recall any of the others...
[He'll take a moment to make sure the fire is fully out before looking through the chemicals again. After awhile he finds something he remembers and sets everything up the same way again, this time with the result of bright purple fire. And more evil laughter, of course.]
no subject
How beautiful...
[She chuckles a little behind her hand, prying her eyes away from the fire to look at Gangrel.]
At this rate, I wonder if you have the ability to go through every color under the sun. He taught you well, hm?
no subject
I can remember what he used to create green fire as well, but unfortunately I don't remember the others. He did a good job, but I'm not exactly the best student!
[It's mostly because he was evil laughing too hard to pay attention. He didn't actually think Kimbley would die, so...]
no subject
[It's teasing, definitely. She wouldn't doubt that he'd spend the entire time hamming it up like some overlord with sick fire going on behind him.]
no subject
[WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET, HE IS A SIMPLE MAN OF SIMPLE DESIRES]
no subject
[Goddammit Gangrel.]
I suppose I can chalk that up to something I'm better than you at.
no subject
[...Yeah, yeah, fine you win that one too, Lusamine...]
no subject
You would have taken in more lessons if you had done that. Such a shame...
no subject
[...is that a challenge??]
no subject
Oh, please. I could do so far better than you.
no subject
no subject
[Because you know what, fuck you Gangrel, she can do anything better than you!!
She promptly sets aside her sketchbook and go to the first aid room to grab...lots of bandages. Oh god. It's probably double what is actually needed, christ alive. She means business! Total business.
...But. Trying to look for something to use to make pretty flames is harder than it looks. Shit, what does she use. What isn't going to blow up in her face...]
...Ah. Do you happen to know if any of these will simply blow up if ignited?
no subject
Possibly! Kimbley did say to be careful with some of them - I believe there are some that can blow up if you just handle them wrong in the first place!
[...actually he's not sure and he's bullshitting, but it sounds legit!!]
Do you want a hint or are you going to risk killing both of us?
[HE SOUNDS SO PLEASED WITH HIMSELF...]
no subject
Oh, please. As if I want to owe you a single thing? I'll take my chances!
[Because being a stubborn git is totally better than asking for help from a sworn enemy. Totally. Especially when you could potentially piss off shadowfriend.
...well, after looking around, she's gone and grabbed sodium borate. At the very least, she hopes this won't end poorly...right. Alright, she pauses for a moment, trying to retrace what Gangrel did. Saturate the bandages in the material in the sink, set it alight...
...congratulations, nothing seems to have blown up! But that is some green fire, holy shit--Lusamine actually has to take a step or two back, clearly anticipating the worst while covering her eyes--]
Did it work?
no subject
Bwahahaha! Just look at it! You've done a magnificent job, Lusamine!
[He's up on his feet then, approaching like maybe he's going to grab her arm or something, but he stops short and watches the fire instead, still laughing.]
no subject
...She did it. Oh, she did it. Lusamine laughs, hiding it behind her hand.]
Well, of course I did. I don't go back on what I set out to do! And I certainly refuse to be beaten by the likes of you.
[This is sick as hell, holy shit. Look at it go. It's beautiful.]
no subject
[The mania is strong today, yikes.]
no subject
I can say with certainty that they would not have a blast, let's put it that way.
