WEEK 7.
Oerba Dia Vanille, Phi, and Gangrel have joined the deceased, dropping your number even further. This is the second week that the death toll has risen by three, just by way of murder alone. With well over half of your number deceased, how much longer can this go on? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... As before, it seems that door at the bottom of the stairwell has been unlocked, allowing you to descend even further into the depths of the university; perhaps the new floor holds something promising for you. Or perhaps you'll "christen" this one with another murder. Given the current pattern, that probably wouldn't be a surprise. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week seven of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

...To say that Lusamine is frazzled after all of that is the understatement of a lifetime, and until the meeting, she kinda goes back and locks herself in there to scream into a pillow.
It's afterward that she goes to cash in some coins, with a rather unusual bounty coming out. The outfits...certainly get some interesting looks, but the sword in particular is interesting. ...The mochi also is, if the way she's chewing on it as she goes down the hall is any indication.
Of course, her first stop is going to be the sewing room to try and find a fabric to match to the dark mage outfit. The fact that it doesn't come with a top at all is kind of abhorrent, so she's gonna try and fix that! By making something better. She's...fairly got this, just very insistent on finding an exact shade.
After, though...weirdly enough, she goes to the pool and seems to just be swimming laps around the pool. It's a decent way to destress, if nothing else, and work out some nervous energy.]
pool;
...Taking the time for a swim, Miss Lusamine? How is it going for you?
no subject
Hideously, if you would like me to put it bluntly.
[This motive can burn in hell along with the bastard who made it. It takes a few moments for Lusamine to kinda get to a point where she isn't panting, but...]
...What brings you in here, Mr. Munechika? Were you hoping to find me?
[She remembers what they talked about on Sunday, at least.]
no subject
Mikazuki does take a seat on the floor, nearby the pool, not seeming to give much of a care about it. ]
I suppose I was. I was going to go to the dojo first, I think, but then I came here instead, and so here I am.
Maybe you can show me a few things in the water now that I'm here?
no subject
[...still, she does look at him for a moment.]
You may want to change, however. All of that is going to be far too much weight in the water. You'll sink!
no subject
[ ... the longest pause... ]
What do people normally wear when they swim?
[ HERE WE GO... ]
no subject
Swim shorts. Typically, that's all one wears into the pool. Sometimes a tank top or a t-shirt as well, if they feel self conscious.
no subject
[ He smiles slightly, even if its a bit of a nervous one, due to him feeling a little embarrassed. His inexperience and general shelteredness is rearing its ugly head again. ]
no subject
[...she's kind of catching onto that...]
Is everything alright, Mr. Munechika?
no subject
[ His face colors slightly as she catches on. ]
... Everything is alright. It is just that I am realizing that there are some things I haven't experienced yet because of the fact I was locked up in a room for most of my life and it may seem a little... ah, nevermind.
[ He winds up wearing a sheepish smile, going to step towards the changing rooms. ]
no subject
Locked up in a room? Wait, what on earth do you mean by that?
[She's not sure if she'll catch him before he goes inside but she tries to swim over to make sure she's heard.]
no subject
[ Mikazuki nearly slips because he turns his head to talk to her. He gains his bearings for a bit, stopping before he goes inside. ]
I'm sorry, I phrased that badly. But you see, I was a very valuable sword, so I was kept in a room as a decoration for most of my life, and for awhile, I was only able to watch what happened before me. The room also was secure so that no one could easily steal me.
[ Actually no he phrased it just fine because he kind of meant what he said...ahh the sword life. ]
no subject
[Okay no, back the hell up, Lusamine looks utterly confused.]
But you're perfectly human! You're standing right in front of me, as a human being! How on earth could you possibly be a sword?
no subject
[ ....... PAUSE. ]
I didn't mention this, did I...?
no subject
[...]
Are you a Honedge in disguise as a human?
no subject
[ Mikazuki figures well... usually he wouldn't to someone outside of the citadel, but he's starting to figure ... what's the harm, right? ]
Hahaha, no, I'm not... at least I don't think I am, since I don't know what that is. But, I will say that I'm not the only one like this.
no subject
[She can stay in the pool at least--she's okay with the deep end and is keeping her arms at the base to keep herself up.]
So, it's rather commonplace? For...sword spirits like yourself to exist, then.
no subject
[ Mikazuki supposes he's changed over the weeks to speak of it to more people. Or maybe it's just ... he thought he already mentioned it (which he didn't, and he's definitely jumped to this logic before where people have gone 'Mikazuki, what.').
He'll just stand there, patiently with a smile. ]
It really is quite commonplace now. The Time Government authorized Saniwa-- or rather, Sages-- to make it so that they can give blades human forms. Some of us have to be found by Sages, or made by certain materials before we can be utilized in battle, though.
no subject
[Even so, she smiles. That's actually an interesting idea, and it honestly makes her more interested in the subject. Perhaps more Pokemon could be born of such things...]
If it's for the government's sake, though...it must be important. You must do wonderful work, Mr. Munechika.
no subject
You see, my enemy -- the enemy of the government and my Master -- are trying to change history. So, they need individuals who can prevent them from doing such a thing.
[ Things he never thought he'd be discussing over a place with a body of water, but here they are... ]
no subject
[...okay that's kind of a terrifying concept. Wait...]
What exactly is their goal? If they are trying to rewrite history, then wouldn't all of you be at risk? As weapons, you likely have histories of your own...don't you? Or am I simply confused?
no subject
Their goals vary for why they take action -- to make sure a certain figure may be in power instead of another one, for example.
Of course we do have our own histories, but as long as we stopped them from rewriting events in history, and don't try to re-write history ourselves, things will be fine.
[ Time travel business is a real pain... ]
But, hopefully that sounds a little easier to understand?
no subject
My, what an unusual predicament. Yet...it must be wonderful to be relied on like that. With people like you on the side of history, I imagine that things are taken care of quickly and set right.
[Still, she chuckles a bit.]
Hopefully none have gotten any ideas while you have been gone.
no subject
So hopefully no one else does. ]
Well, I do believe in my comrades and they'd be able to overcome anything no matter what has happened. I'm sure you have faith in your friends back home as well, right?
no subject
Some. I am the president of the foundation for a reason, Mr. Munechika. It's not that I distrust my coworkers, however. They simply have...priorities of their own, from time to time.
[...so yes? But also no?]
I worry for them, really.
