Week 3.

WEEK 3

Another week has passed; two more Survivors are gone. Pearl and Caren both had someone to fight for, someone worth killing for; perhaps it's for the best to hope that somehow they've found peace despite not being able to collect on the Kingmaker's incentive.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. That doesn't mean the night passed easily, though - it seems another piece of your personal puzzle may have fallen into place while you slept...

Following that spiral staircase up to the second floor will reveal something strange; those stairs definitely lead far higher than you remember, up to a previously inaccessible third floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done.

SURVIVORS REMAINING: 23

SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

Hmm, let's see here.

[He glances over at the cards for a moment.]

Oh! Look at that, the Jack of spades. You can put it here.

Oh, oh! That means I can put my red 10 stack over there! You're good at this!

After this game is over, we should play Spit! Have you ever tried? I think you would like it!

I don't think I've ever heard of Spit, no. How do you play it?

It's pretty easy! It goes like this! Basically, we have to try and shed our decks as fast as possible! We both get our own piles that are a little bit like solitaire's, but, we have two stacks in the middle, too, and we can try and put things on top of each other's middle stacks as well, to mess each other up! So, we have our solitaire stacks like this...and then, in the middle, we have face-up cards. We have to put a card that's either higher or lower on top of those! And suit doesn't matter!

Um...it's easier to just show it to you! Here, take a deck and make a solitaire pile, I'll show you what to do from there!

Alright.

[He sets up a solitaire pile.

He's mostly played this on computers before, but he does know how to set it up at least!]
