WEEK 3 Another week has passed; two more Survivors are gone. Pearl and Caren both had someone to fight for, someone worth killing for; perhaps it's for the best to hope that somehow they've found peace despite not being able to collect on the Kingmaker's incentive. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. That doesn't mean the night passed easily, though - it seems another piece of your personal puzzle may have fallen into place while you slept... Following that spiral staircase up to the second floor will reveal something strange; those stairs definitely lead far higher than you remember, up to a previously inaccessible third floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. SURVIVORS REMAINING: 23

That's... definitely somewhat worrying, though, because for all you know something important could've happened in that period of time.

...at the very least, mine definitely wasn't too much later than my first dream, so I don't really have to worry about that.

I won't worry about it until something worrying comes up. That's just asking for as many wrinkles as my uncle Trond's got on his forehead.

Between the seasons we usually hunt beasts on the sea and keep the trolls off our borders until the winter comes, so unless I snapped the head off a giant I'm fine. That would've been too awesome to forget.

...I mean, I guess that's as good an approach to the whole thing as any, since there's not much else we can do about it.

And I guess if it's just routine, it doesn't matter all that much... though, you say that, and that means that you definitely don't remember snapping the head off a giant.
