Week 4.

WEEK 4

And as the third week in the Vault comes to a close and the fourth week begins, the Survivors are once again down by two. Mion Sonozaki died on her own terms, and Yato died fulfilling his duty as God of Fortune in the best way that he knew how; the shrine built in the game room on Saturday stands in their memory.

Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not...

Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fourth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; even if the Kingmaker sounded a bit unhappy with you last weekend, the fact remains that you're still doing what you seem to have been brought here to do.

[Gabriel snorts, but it's clearly in amusement.]

Better look too young than feel a million years old.
bloodisthicker: it never fails. (i saw it in my coffee.)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-03-25 06:00 pm (UTC)(link)
That is true, you know. The only other thing I need is one of those fancy luxury Satomobiles in a bright but tasteful shade of blue and I'm set.
notjustawriter: (♙ but tell me how can you)

[personal profile] notjustawriter 2016-03-26 01:09 am (UTC)(link)
A Satomobile, huh?

[He's going to assume that's a car for his sanity.]

Makes me miss my motorcycle. I had to leave it back in Louisiana.
bloodisthicker: oh wait it's not an edgeworth joke (give 'em the ol' razzle dazzle)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-03-26 11:01 pm (UTC)(link)
...yeah, those look like fun. I feel like they're kind of a deathtrap if you crash on them, but it's probably worth it.
notjustawriter: (♙ when you're all by yourself alone)

[personal profile] notjustawriter 2016-03-27 01:15 am (UTC)(link)
It's probably a little dangerous, but as long as you're careful, there's no problem.

Can't say I've ever had a crash, personally.
bloodisthicker: yeah but what are we going to do with all that melon juice? (pinky are you thinking what i'm thinking)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-03-27 04:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmmm. That's completely understandable, because doing things safely generally means you're less likely to die... but on the other hand, I can't tell if that feels against the spirit of the thing or not.
notjustawriter: (♙ i think it's true what they)

[personal profile] notjustawriter 2016-03-27 09:58 pm (UTC)(link)
I was a bit of a wild boy when I was younger, but I guess my Gran always instilled a sense of safety in me.

About driving, anyway.
bloodisthicker: yeah but what are we going to do with all that melon juice? (pinky are you thinking what i'm thinking)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-04-04 12:47 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I guess a firey wreck isn't the worst way to die, given that it would probably be instantaneous in most cases... but it probably is best to avoid it given how easy it would be to accidentally drag others into it.

Motorcycles are big, heavy things. They really can do a lot of damage if you're not careful.

Wearing a helmet is a necessity; if you don't and you crash you're likely to end up with a concussion in the best of scenarios.
bloodisthicker: you douche (you have ruffled my collar)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-04-10 07:02 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't think they'd stack up that well compared to a car, though... a person, definitely, but I think they'd probably be destroyed by a truck.

...scooters wouldn't handle either well, though. And yes, people found out extremely quickly that those are... definitely needed.
notjustawriter: (♟ and rocks and things)

[personal profile] notjustawriter 2016-04-10 09:18 pm (UTC)(link)
No, probably not. It's easy to get seriously injured if you're not careful.

Never had it happen to me, but you hear about it on the news from time to time.
bloodisthicker: i am going to arrest your friends k (ahahahahahahahaha)

[personal profile] bloodisthicker 2016-04-11 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
...let me guess, there's a lot of stuff involving people not wearing their helmets because people are idiots.

Pretty much, yeah. You'd think it'd just be dumb kids, but it's not.
