WEEK 7.
Two more Survivors have left you; Aqua was killed in cold blood and Mettaton... well, your thoughts on Mettaton probably vary depending on how close you were to him, but either way he chose to end Aqua's life and paid the price for it. There are so few of you now. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible seventh floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[ ...considering at least one of those is close to their rooms, maybe not?? Oh well.
He'll keep playing for another moment before kind of... figuring out he has a song to play that ISN'T this and... that's kind of embarrassing though, kind of --]
I'm sorry I accidentally asked you to strip yesterday.
[ ...oh my god he's never been more thankful to be sitting at a piano. maybe if he stays here long enough someone will opportunistically kill him and he'll never have to face anyone again. ]
no subject
[He's a little red, but not as much as he could be, walking further into the room and sitting on the edge of stage]

...it might be a little less fine in a second, and his face is a little red when he looks over his shoulder. It's not from the apology though! It's really not. ]
I... sort of learned to play something—well, a couple of things, but there's one I'd like to show you? If you don't mind. [ A beat, and he clears his throat. ] And as long as you don't make fun of me. Please.

[He was about to say that Black was getting better if he was able to play some of Mettaton's song. So he's more then happy to get up and make his way the rest of the bit over and sit next to him this time.]
Promise, no teasing. SHow me?

...granted, it comes with the caveat of Yosuke being closer, and Black hums a few bars to catch the right notes. This shouldn't be hard; he'd been working on playing this on his own (especially considering White'd never be able to play with him again), but he still feels nervous putting on a show.
There's this and a little bit of singing to go with; no one apparently sings while they play this on piano though, so have some lyrics to go with it and use your imagination. He's not the best by far, but he isn't terrible to listen to, especially with as soft as he's singing.
This is why he didn't want to get made fun of, incidentally. The. Singing thing. Please don't mind if he just sort of turns his head away after he's finished. ]
...that's all.
[ His voice squeaked a little just then. This is horrible. ]

Holy-..., Will... that was... really nice. You've gotten a lot better.

[ a beat, and black glances back at--oh good, yosuke is also looking away that's a relief. ]
But... thanks. [ that's what you're supposed to say. ]
no subject
[Not the best he's heard but...]

...which clashed with his dream of being a bar singer.
no subject
You'really kidding me. And you're wrong- I'm not tone death but I can't sing worth a damn.
no subject
[ ...probably due to his upbringing. ]

Miss Sigrun likes singing, so you could always ask her. [ because he's never singing again, nope ] She has a really nice voice, too.
no subject
I feel like she's going to try and start a barbarian choir or something if we encourage her even a little.
no subject
That wouldn't be so bad. [ ... ] Maybe. It'd be something to keep us busy during the week. Choir practice.

[ ...sorry, Mouri. Your rolls were not impressive and he knows you can't sew for shit. The likelihood of you being good at anything is really low. ]
...but I won't ask her about it. I'm not sure if she'd be in the mood to anyway.

I'll suggest it to her and see how she feels about the idea. And then I'll tell her you're her first choir boy volunteer.

You're important to me and this is how I show my affection. [ ...this is not said half as seriously as it could be. ] Besides, it was your idea; it'd be a shame if you didn't help out with it, wouldn't it?

[ Smooth, Black. ]
... Do you think I'd fit in with the rest of your friends? [ Let's pretend. He's a cynic, but... pretending. ]
no subject
Hell yeah. You're just as weird as the rest.
