WEEK 4.

WEEK 4 Three more have died this past week. Milla Maxwell was killed for breaking a rule, Chiyuki was murdered, and you all had a hand in executing Yoshikage Kira. It seems like this isn't going to stop any time soon. How many more will join them this week? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Despite the Wordsmith's reaction to the last trial, it seems as though you've been rewarded once again for a job that was...well, it was done, even if he didn't explicitly say it was well-done. Another door has opened in that stairway, it seems, leading you further down into the building; once again, there are more rooms down there, more things to occupy yourselves with. [Well, it's not yesterday but that doesn't necessarily make this day better. Especially after this morning... Hanyuu, however, in...most of her miko outfit, just without the sleeves today, is at least out, and eating, and trying not to waste away.

See, this is why I always liked the one about the street-smart stray Houndour and the pampered rich girl Growlithe a lot more. Nobody really has to change who they are for things to turn out right, but there's still a divide that messes with how they see each other from the start.

Well, since you shared one of your memories... I suppose I can tell you about what I just remembered!

Apparently we went to war with Ylisse at some point and while I did have a dream about capturing the Exalt - that's their leader - and their capitol city, we were in Plegia for some reason. We're planning on executing the Exalt for her crimes against my people and because she's a self-righteous pain in the ass who needed to die at least five or ten years ago.

So her darling little brother, the ever-tenacious Prince of Ylisse - whom I had forgotten all about because he leads and army called the "Shepards" and if that's not an embarrassing name for an army, I don't know what is - comes charging in and I suppose we probably fought at some point, but I don't remember that. My tactician took out most of his flying troops to save the Exalt so I handed him an ultimatum.

His sister's life or the Fire Emblem. He wasn't taking it too well! But then the dream ended, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Probably. [...] It might not be a bad idea to hit the gym, but that's what tomorrow's for.

[Weavile starts to do fisticuffs in the air, but it's hard to keep that up and swim at the same time.]

Either way, it's nice to be able to move around more.

They're wonderful! They're really good kids; they don't always do the right thing right away, but they always try their best! There's five: Pixel is the oldest, and Ziggy is the youngest, and Trixie and Stingy... And Stephanie. [and it's quite obvious from his tone that he has a clear favorite.

They're not actually my kids; I'm not their father. They live in the town I protect! Stephanie was the one who invited me, a long while back.
