WEEK 6.
With the deaths of Viktor Nikiforov, Varric Tethras, and Killia, you're down to half of your original number. There's only fifteen of you left. How much longer before your number drops again? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Of course, that doesn't mean that you've gained nothing else among the many, many losses you've faced; it seems that another floor has been made available to you for surviving another week. Congratulations and well done, even if you might not necessarily appreciate the reward. |

I'm not going to accept most.
[ She sighs, but... ]
Lusamine's been a friend to me. Kimihiro's kind, and so's Orihime. Silver's relatable. these people ... I'll accept these people.

[a pause] I'm very proud of you, you know. I think your family will be proud of you, too.

... James. He would have been. [ God her heart is in her throat now ] He- he really would have been, yes. The damned old fool.

Then pulls it back to brush over her lips.
... She can't quite taste it anymore, but the memory is there. ]
James Marker saved my life, and from where I am now, it's clear some truth was in his words about hatred. But he still died for his sentimentality. A widow can absolutely call her late husband foolish if she wishes.

... I just think he sounds like a wonderful person. You were lucky to have each other.

Henry and Calera's first was little Ren. I met him for the first time when he was four years old and he was adorable, the very spitting image of his grandfather! He's twenty-one now, and in a lot of ways, he's still like James. The boy I'm afraid inherited a lot of James's more unsavory traits, he's now a bit of a womanizer, and uses that appeal of his in order to find women he can continuously use to feed on.
[ She shakes her head ]
Still, I know he is a good boy, deep down.

[ She shakes her head ]
As for little Anju, she's only eleven and really looks much like her mother in some ways. I don't know how to feel about that doll-like hair and those features of hers, but she really is cute! And talented - she's not awoken as a vampire but can command bats even better than I could at her age, and she's a savant when it comes to ghosts. I don't know who relies on who more between her and her older sister.

[ She claps her hands together ]
It's not unheard of, but I've never heard of anyone with her talent. She's kept dozens of them in her dolls.

... She does let them go eventually, of course. [PLEASE...]
