WEEK 6.
With the deaths of Viktor Nikiforov, Varric Tethras, and Killia, you're down to half of your original number. There's only fifteen of you left. How much longer before your number drops again? Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost... Of course, that doesn't mean that you've gained nothing else among the many, many losses you've faced; it seems that another floor has been made available to you for surviving another week. Congratulations and well done, even if you might not necessarily appreciate the reward. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
If you'd like to get in contact with the Wordsmith, you can do so through letters or the switchboard!]

No, no, cool off--right. Fine. Now what is--oh, don't tell me I burned this already!
[...this is why Lusamine subsists off salads. She can't actually cook to save her life, even if she knows what flavors work.
Any. Way. That probably just made her worse, but she's gonna go knock on Gangrel's door until he opens up. This is gonna be no less than incredibly stupid, and she knows it.
Though, far later on? She'll be at the greenhouse once again, with all of her Pokemon out and frolicking through the place. Lusamine herself is sitting off to the side and watching them, just to make sure they don't break anything, but...huh. Hanyuu was right--this place truly was peaceful. It's nice...]
no subject
What.
[Oh, it's Lusamine. He doesn't slam the door, at least?? He'll humor her, maybe.]
no subject
...To her credit she pauses a bit when she sees she woke him up, but. Ugh. That'd be just her luck.]
Forgive me for intruding on your sleep. I need to talk to you for a moment. Privately.
[...At the very least her hands are on her hips, so it doesn't look like she has weapons on her. But. She's very serious. Completely and utterly serious.]
no subject
Fine, come in.
[He's wearing part of his usual outfit, though the ruff and the cape aren't on and the belt's missing. He didn't want to bother getting fully dressed just to answer the door.
Once she's inside and presumably shut the door, Gangrel will take a seat on the bed and motion to the chair, if she wants to take it.]
So what do you want to talk to me about this early in the morning?
[...it's not that early.]
no subject
Lusamine gets the door and takes the offered place at the desk, just...sighing.]
We've made it absolutely no secret that we're enemies. Enough so that others would not get incredibly stupid ideas. Would you say this is true?
[There's a point to this.]
no subject
...
But are they really enemies?]
My enemies are the Ylisseans and the Wordsmith. I suppose calling you an "enemy" isn't exactly right.
[It's a safe answer, but it's one he's comfortable giving. It's easier than trying to figure out exactly what they are, anyway.]
no subject
But you wouldn't say that it's anything positive, would you? Not enough that others would...
[...she's not actually going to say it. But Lusamine pulls out a letter and tosses it to Gangrel. Maybe he can see why she's having a hard time with this.]
Assume that. It's utterly absurd.
no subject
Well, it sounds like he was reaching. There's certainly no way it could be mistaken for anything like that. We may not be enemies but we certainly aren't friends and I'm not sure how anyone could mistake it for anything else.
[Right. That's definitely right.]

Do you need any help?
[Weavile is here too! And So is Aibo. Aibo gives Weavile a lift so he can pull something out of the freezer.]
no subject
...I would not be opposed, but...I don't quite know what I'm making here. I thought this would help make everything a little less stressful, but...
[It's making it worse.]
no subject
What would you like to eat? ...What's on your mind?
[Maybe he can help her with a meal and her stress. ...Maybe.]
no subject
[...]
It's a letter that Gold sent me, on Tuesday. He asked me something rather absurd, and it's been eating at my head for the past two days.
no subject
What did he say?
[Silver gathers up some vegetables, but he also gathers up some rice; he can fry them all together for a quick meal that isn't just fried salad.]
no subject
[Right? Right.]
He asked if we were a 'thing'. I'm not sure what about this irritates me more--the fact that he has the audacity to ask such a thing, or...
[...]
The fact that we may not be enemies, and if we aren't, then I have no idea what we are.

And then... there's Lusamine and there's the Clefable and she remembers something.
So hopefully she doesn't make the woman jump when she speaks up ]
Are you planning to be here for another twenty minutes or so?
no subject
I planned on it, but if you are in need of the room, I will leave. I didn't think that you would be interested in this place.
no subject
[ And she walks out.
... And then comes back ten to fifteen minutes later lugging a somewhat heavy head-size rock into the room. ]
no subject
That's...huh?]
Elda, what is this? Did you obtain it from the machine?
no subject
[ Okay, walking it it over towards the Lusamine. And... ]
Look, where's the Clefable?
no subject
Clefable, be a dear and come here for a moment! Elda has something.
[Give her a moment while she toddles on over to Elda with curiosity. Lusamine gets up to go nearby as well, looking intrigued.]
What is it?
(no subject)
greenhouse;
It's quite beautiful, isn't it?
no subject
[Lusamine looks over to Mikazuki, smiling.]
It seems almost fantastical, that a place like this could exist in these conditions. Don't you agree?
no subject
[ Mikazuki will take a nod. ]
I also do quite agree that it didn't appear like there would be a garden in here. But well, this place is definitely the definition of "more than it seems" in general, hm?
no subject
[...hmm.]
It truly is. Why, I would almost accuse the man of copying the fictional books he seems to adore so much. How else could he have dreamed of creating something like this?
no subject
[ He gives a small laugh, unable to help it. ]
Maybe this place was just plopped into his lap and someone handed over the resources. I certainly can't see him easily putting all of this together, either.
