Week 3.
Another week has passed; two more Survivors are gone. Pearl and Caren both had someone to fight for, someone worth killing for; perhaps it's for the best to hope that somehow they've found peace despite not being able to collect on the Kingmaker's incentive. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. That doesn't mean the night passed easily, though - it seems another piece of your personal puzzle may have fallen into place while you slept... Following that spiral staircase up to the second floor will reveal something strange; those stairs definitely lead far higher than you remember, up to a previously inaccessible third floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; consider it your reward for a job well done. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[The wryness is only more apparent now.]
I do wonder why I was one of the only ones who woke up already dressed like this, though. [A lot of other people were in their own clothes.]

Then that raised another question: exactly when and where did the Kingmaker take him, in a manner of speaking.]
It's a strange thing to harp on, considering... well, everything else.

[It's probably going to eat at Bruce for a while, though.]

Ah--something useful for everyone?
[It's the first thing on his mind, sorry.]

Which would be... what, exactly? We have enough food.

I... don't know. [And he certainly sounds as lost, too.] We could ask everyone else what they think?

[Kind of like a petition, he supposes.]

[Not that Bruce is probably ever going to touch that.]

[Not much celebrating here.]

[He manages a smile here, but its sort of forced.
...its complicated.]

[...Bruce doesn't really have anything he would consider valuable, since he already had to put them all behind him long ago, so.]
