Week 4.
And as the third week in the Vault comes to a close and the fourth week begins, the Survivors are once again down by two. Mion Sonozaki died on her own terms, and Yato died fulfilling his duty as God of Fortune in the best way that he knew how; the shrine built in the game room on Saturday stands in their memory. Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible fourth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; even if the Kingmaker sounded a bit unhappy with you last weekend, the fact remains that you're still doing what you seem to have been brought here to do. SURVIVORS REMAINING: 20 |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week two of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains!
The text and calling posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]

[...He spent the entire time he was there draped on her piano but you know what, Undyne was pretty okay.]

How lucky that they lived nearby! So? Were they cool? Did they snail farm too?
no subject
She's that person I told you about before - the head of the Royal Guard.
no subject
[Heh.]
Well, now, look how that's turned out for you, bub. You're dating me.

[She's. Allowed to flirt. Right?? Teasey-flirt? That's what this is, maybe?]
Don't think I would've wanted to live in a place that's all wet though, the snow place is more my jam. You wouldn't stall in the cold, would you?

[She stays quiet for a moment, still playing idly.]
What did you mean when you said that? I mean, I kind of assumed the worst, but. What'd your scouting find?
no subject
[...Mettaton, that didn't explain anything.]
I personally didn't witness anything, though.
no subject
... She'll be pretty casual now though.]
Are you in any danger because of this human?
[Because chances are
if he is
they'd be stopping by his place first.]
no subject
[...Well, then.]
no subject
Well, now you won't be. I'll take care of them for you.
no subject
It's not like we have to go back there at all.

[And that's...sudden, and harsher than he usually is.]
No. Absolutely not.
no subject
Why not? I mean, I've never killed a human that wasn't infected, but I can handle myself. They'll be dead before they realize it.
[That's... not the part, but she doesn't know, so.]

Once you're there, you can't leave. Nothing leaves through the Barrier.
no subject
So I'll get rid of that thing?
[Duh?]

no subject
[Like, she's sure she knows why it was put up, because he definitely mentioned something sometime about it, but it is not coming to her.]
Who put it there?
no subject
[Just...ugh.]
...It requires seven human souls to break it entirely. King Asgore has six of them. War has already been declared against humanity - as soon as he has a seventh, he's going to break the Barrier and destroy them.
It's not something I'm interested in seeing happen.
no subject
So... If Sigrun helped that cause, she'd be pretty dead either way. By way of being a seventh soul or... well... monsters. No one Mettaton had been so quick.]
Oh.
[... She's gonna lean against him. Maybe physical contact only works for humans, but, yes.]
Okay. We'll just survive and see what the world's like here or go back to my place. Doesn't matter to me. Not really looking forward to dying myself.
no subject
[And he seems genuinely relieved by that, actually; as for the physical contact, he...doesn't seem to mind it at all? He's at least seen enough to know how this is supposed to work. Arm around her waist? Arm around her waist.]
Who knows, maybe this place will be enough of an improvement to warrant staying.

Mind keeping a secret for me, honey?
