Week 6.
The number of Survivors left is dropping at a quick pace; the King got what he wanted, for better or for worse; Tarrlok and Lynne were victims of both fate and some sort of magic that most in the Vault still don't quite understand, and Misa Amane has been executed, not for her particular brand of "justice", but for murdering two innocent people. It's been a bad week. However, Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible sixth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. |

Yes, everything is fine. I actually discovered that I completed my research. The theme of my research: "Bringing out the power of Pokemon." I...after all this time, I found my answer.
[He says it like it's bittersweet. Obviously, it's the source of everything being up in the air for him right now.]

So now what will you do?

[It's not the worst dilemma in the world to have for certain, but there's an uneasy feeling about suddenly not having an aim in life after having one for so many years.
As he thinks about it though, he considers the previous week's dream he had. Would it be worth bringing up too?
...Hm.]
...Cherryblod. I know this may sound strange, but may I speak with you about the topic of the Kingmaker's claim about our worlds?
no subject
[It's not a thrilling topic of conversation, but he's here for support.]

The reason I bring it up is because in my dream last weekend, there was actually a very real possibility for destruction to befall my world. Strange coincidence, isn't it?

[It makes it even more confusing now that he knows what could have happened, but the Kingmaker is saying it did happen...?]
no subject
[At least his isn't destroyed. Just awful.]

I simply found it rather interesting if a bit unnerving to actually experience such threats happening in my dreams, after what the Kingmaker claimed. With that last dream, I began to wonder if he knew more about the cause of our worlds' destruction than he was letting on.
That is of course, if his claim is actually true.
[And actually? He still doesn't really believe it.]
no subject
[Because all that keeps him going is his family, some days.]

If he wants us to believe him so badly, why hasn't he given concrete evidence...?

[So many of them have been killed anyway.]
no subject
[Too many people are dead for too stupid reasons.]
no subject
[He really should have thought this from the first trial on, but he's...him.
That said, he's not sure if he can take another event like the last one. And that's very strange to admit.]

...Well, it won't go on all that much longer, one way or another.
[They'll escape or someone else will pull off a murder. Eventually, their numbers will dwindle down to nothing if this continues.]
