Week 6.
The number of Survivors left is dropping at a quick pace; the King got what he wanted, for better or for worse; Tarrlok and Lynne were victims of both fate and some sort of magic that most in the Vault still don't quite understand, and Misa Amane has been executed, not for her particular brand of "justice", but for murdering two innocent people. It's been a bad week. However, Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible sixth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week six of Trustfell! Save your threads for coins and the coming week's activity check; don't forget to check in to this week's activity check and submit your memory regains!
The text and calling posts are still active, for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]
TUESDAY
INCENTIVE
You have ten minutes to gather in the dining room. I have an announcement for you guys.
[As always, it's just a formality; he can still be heard throughout the Vault. But surely it's the thought that counts, and who doesn't want some unity in these trying times.]
I know some of you have been wondering what there is out there to rule over, and what sort of things this world has to offer you. I still can't answer that, but I do have good news for those of you that don't want to stay.
I've got enough power now to restore one of your worlds – to save it from what happened to end it. Everyone you know will be fine; they'll remember that there was some sort of disaster, maybe, but they won't remember everything ending. You can go back to what you left behind.
Unfortunately, this is a one-time offer. But if you complete Rule Seven, it can be given to you.
It's something to think about, anyway. Right?
[And from the sound of it, that's going to be all.]
Re: INCENTIVE
Damn it.
[And once again Mouri actually feels the nasty grip of temptation. He really doesn't want to kill anyone, but this could mean saving absolutely everybody in his world.
The thing is that this could mean the deaths of everyone else in the Vault, and that is something he really can't bear with]

What the hell... that sounds a sight more unbelievable then anything else he's offered.
[But what does this mean for them...]
no subject
It's probably a testament to how absolutely done he is that Mettaton doesn't even react properly to that; he just kind of shakes his head, and though he at least manages to look away before he does it he's just kind of...laughing a bit. Because holy shit.]
Really...? That's not even an offer for some of us.
no subject
He doesn't even really react this time, just shakes his head.]
Ridiculous. Just like everything else he's offered.

...mostly back to normal. There are a few rooms he's avoiding, but as long as nobody calls him on it, it's fine.
He spends much of the day in the game room, messing around with a deck of cards. Seems he's been playing solitaire for a while. He's got a piece of paper and a pen next to him, but it's blank for the moment.
The other place he can be found - the other place he thinks Mettaton won't be - is the dojo. He's doing various exercises: stretches, push-ups, the works.
In the evening, his door (22), is open, though he isn't seeking out company exactly. It's just an option, if somebody needs it after the announcement. That's what he's there for.]
Room 22
Mettaton won't be just...coming in, though, he's found enough decorum to knock today. So there's that.]

At least.... she hopes as much.
Anyway, in the morning after breakfast, she can be found tending to her laundry in the second laundry room. After that, Aqua makes her way to the library, where it's easier to think. She's read quite a few of the books, and she's making her way through another stack.
Later on in the day, Aqua decides to make lunch for everyone. It's probably been a while since anyone's had pizza, right? There's quite a selection of different types, and there's even some pre-baked crusts and other toppings just in case someone wants to make their own.
After that, she visits the chemistry lab, where she takes stock of... mostly everything? Someone may have done it, but it never hurts to be too careful.
Finally, she grabs a bite of dinner before heading back to room 15. The door is propped open a crack, and she's still working away at those puzzles... ]

A new and different thing is that she's actually going to be in the arcade, messing around with some of the machines in hopes of vaguely understanding why anyone likes these things (though the shooting ones are her favorite) and settling with playing some skee ball. And really owning it. Her hand-eye is great.
... That said though, there's a lot of time just spent in her room, making hearts with various papers she's glittered up from the art storage. They're all different colors, but there's an odd amount of orange and white ones in a pile.
Which will be stashed under her pillow if
Mettatona Certain Someone comes by.And by the end of the day, possibly well into the night with a few exceptions in timing, Sigrun can be found hard at work in the workshop, working on several projects to "take it easy".
Most of them are the bottoms of small viking longboats. One of them is a cabinet. The last is a strange box shape, but it's got her jacket draped over it, so who the hell knows what that could be. Good luck seeing if she'll show it off too.]

The morning comes, and Speedwagon could be found in the kitchen after breakfast. Washing dishes may not be the most common thing one would expect from a street thug, but then again someone had to do them. Weren't as many to clean now, unlike the earlier weeks...
Whenever that's over, hopefully quickly, Speedwagon's off towards the library. The most familiar and easiest way to pass the time. Won't stop a raised eyebrow and a confused breath as he comes across something a bit more modern in the mix.
.... How about that incentive, eh?
The only good thing about this incentive is that it comes and goes without more bloodshed beforehand. He's going to spend the rest of the day everywhere on the sixth floor. Catching him as he's standing in the hall is the easiest way, seeing as he's looks to be attempting an investigation.
That said, it doesn't look like he's putting all his heart into it either.]
