WEEK 6 The number of Survivors left is dropping at a quick pace; the King got what he wanted, for better or for worse; Tarrlok and Lynne were victims of both fate and some sort of magic that most in the Vault still don't quite understand, and Misa Amane has been executed, not for her particular brand of "justice", but for murdering two innocent people. It's been a bad week. However, Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible sixth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. Are they fun? I mean, for you. Puzzles are never fun for me. Usually. I haven't found one that I liked yet, anyway.

I've always enjoyed them--especially with a friend.

It also helps if the puzzle is something you're interested in--I usually work on puzzles with cute animals or food. Why don't you pick one?

I've seen some non-infected ones before. They're pretty cute until they get so long it's better to just drag them out and let them freeze to death.

Good! They're the best, you know? A hunter's best friend when they go out in the field to kill some trolls dead. There's no higher honor than to be compared to one.

I've never had any sort of pet, but cats are wonderful.

... Even when they lick things they probably shouldn't.

Sometimes you have to do what you have to do, Aqua. Even if that includes licking things no one else will.

... As long as you're not licking anything doused in chemicals.

I think I would've been more tempted if I wasn't so wary of the burns on featherhead's face. Like, I had no idea what caused them at the time, but I'm not going to lick anything that could potentially kill me like that.

[It was Gross, Aqua. Gross.]

... I mean, even if it'd just make me really sick instead of outright kill me. It's still not good for a leader to be stuck over a bowl.

If you had, I wouldn't have minded making sure you were alright. Taking care of you, that is.

... But that said, I doubt you'll go around licking everything.

Your faith's appreciated, sweetheart, since it seems that most of everyone's got it in their head that I'm the type of person to do that sort of thing.

At the very least, I'm not going to lick something I know is going to hurt me.

I've never doubted that for a second. There's curiosity, and then there's foolishness--and you definitely aren't a fool.

So pretty much everyone dead and alive then?

You're the type of person who loves everyone around her, I'm not surprised. And I'll agree that... mostly everyone has a good point to them, something I like, but they're still all allies in a company first and foremost.

And then there's a handful of people I'd ask to come home with me. People who I'd consider my companions, basically.
