Week 6.
The number of Survivors left is dropping at a quick pace; the King got what he wanted, for better or for worse; Tarrlok and Lynne were victims of both fate and some sort of magic that most in the Vault still don't quite understand, and Misa Amane has been executed, not for her particular brand of "justice", but for murdering two innocent people. It's been a bad week. However, Saturday is given to regrouping and sleep; there aren't any bodies to be found on Sunday morning. But that doesn't mean the night was uneventful - it seems something else may have brought you some newfound clarity. Or perhaps not... Once again, that spiral staircase leads farther than you remember, clear up to a previously inaccessible sixth floor. Go ahead and explore as much as you like; you've done well. You've earned it. |
SUNDAY | MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY

[As he goes, he makes sure to try to make it as succinct as he can. As Sigrun knows, it's easy for him to get tl;dr.]
Pokemon aside, of course...
It is quite vast, divided up into several regions, and the region I currently reside in is called Unova. They are all unique in their own way, and known for their own cultures and landscapes. Unova for example, has many great bridges throughout, and a dazzling central city called Castelia City. It also is famous for its cinema- people from all over flock to PokeStar Studios for their moment on the silver screen. The Pokemon World Tournament recently opened in Driftveil City, where Trainers, Gym Leaders and even Champions from every region compete to see who is the strongest.
[...]
Of course, I could go on and on. Is there something specific you would like to know about?

How dazzling is dazzling?

Also, trying the famous Castelia Cone is a must for all visitors.

I see. Is it cold there?

Does your world have robots like bombshell?

But I still think it is a rather fitting comparison...since while Mettaton's body might have been created by someone, he seems to be much more than just plain programming.

What's a Magneton?
[Look at her, going through all the questions today, holy shit she's learning about Pokémon.]
And of course my honey's more than just some plain old program thing! He's the best thing to happen to this place, honestly, can't imagine not having him around at this point.

[GOD IT SOUNDS SO WEIRD TO ACTUALLY DESCRIBE...]
I will...draw it for you, sometime. Or if I am fortunate I can show you in person, should Magneton be freed from the vending machine.
[As for the bit about Mettaton, he can't help but smile a little.]
I could see him saying that himself, you know. [...] But he truly does add presence, doesn't he? And strangely, I can see why you two gravitated toward one another. You both have equally strong personalities.
[Things that are equally weird: discussing human and robot relationships. Not that the existence of it is weird, but...let's be real he's just now getting used to any form of attachment in general. It's weird in a good way though.]

That... is definitely something you need to draw or whatever, because yeah. That's weird.
[And vaguely troll-like, alright. She's gonna get back to making her hearts.]
Strong personalities are nothing. I just... I don't know, we actually had a pretty nice first meeting, talking about the decoration of this place and stuff, and then I went for his throat, then we were friends and... yeah. It's weird, but he's just kind of...
[How does she put this. Hmmm.]
At first, he's like one of those pretty things you see behind glass. They're nice to look at but you don't really have a use for it. But once you get to know him... he's more like a blanket to me. Comforting and warm and always there. Weird to say about a metal guy, but, yeah.
[She is poetic if nothing else. Her boyfriend is a blanket.]

[Poetic indeed! It gets a soft smile out of Colress.]
You'll have to forgive me, Miss Sigrun, as this subject is one I have little experience with. But that said, the way you described it makes sense to me.
As harsh as this place is, I do find it rather amazing that bonds such as yours have been able to persist and flourish in the face of that harshness. It is truly remarkable.

I guess that's just because of the people we are. Both our worlds are ones that are pretty kill or be killed, with his shows and my troll hunting. Not that either of us had time for stuff like that anywhere but here.
no subject
[Ahh, that's right!]
You know, I've heard of them, but not what they actually...consist of, if you know what I mean.

I'm sure he's got a lot he does on his show since he's like the Underground's only star.
