First.
| Friday dawns much like the rest of the week before it – that is to say, obnoxiously. The klaxons are as loud as ever first thing in the morning, and anyone wandering out into the main corridor will be pleased to know that- ...Oh. It's a straight shot down the hallway, meaning that everyone's line of sight is likely to be immediately drawn to the unholy mess going on past the threshold leading to the dorms. There's some hints that someone may have been busy out here last night – for one thing, there's a chair lying on the ground for god only knows what reason. That's obviously not supposed to be there. Come on, guys, clean up after yourselves. Of course, there's also a fucklot of blood. That's probably important. It seems concentrated on the far end of the hallway, closer to the elevator than the dorms. There's also a large trail of it leading somewhere. That's probably also important. Despite everyone's best efforts to keep themselves busy and optimistic about escape, looks like somebody got restless last night. >Explore? |

...Well, that certainly is a thing.
The only proper response is to follow the trail of blood, as much as Cherryblod would rather not.]

He'll do the only thing he can do, follow that blood.]

There's a good amount of blood leading you there, don't worry.]

Except when Speedwagon laid eyes on that bloody mess, he immediately knew something was wrong.
There's a trail? Does he want to know where it leads?]

FROM THE HALLWAY...
Not that Bruce isn't used to blood, but still.
Alright let's see. Following that blood trail now. Where does it lead him?]

As soon as anyone opens the door Mouri is going to shout at them]
Don't move! Enough people have gone through already. We can't afford everyone to crowd around somebody who is potentially hurt.
[He uses 'hurt' because that sounds less grave, but he doesn't have hopes this is a mere wound.
Mouri starts to follow the trail, soon getting to the hallway where the common areas are. Where does the trail lead into?]
TRUST HAS BEEN BROKEN.
If they don't, the Kingmaker's announcement probably will.]
It seems like someone was busy last night. They decided to act on Rule Seven and one of your fellow Survivors has paid the price.
From now on, it's all of you against the culprit. Should they successfully fulfill the requirements of rule seven, they will complete the exercise. Can you all really allow that though, after they've taken someone's life?
You all have time to investigate the Vault. Make sure it counts. Once you're done, the elevator doors will open and you'll be allowed into the courtroom to begin piecing together what happened and figuring out who's responsible.
Adaptable is dead. It's up to you all to figure out what happened and bring the person responsible to justice.
[The Kingmaker doesn't sound pleased or displeased with the current situation. He won't answer even if you yell at the PA system, so you might not want to waste your time with that.
After all, you have a murder to solve.]

So, about this trail of blood. What's it look like? Like somebody was dragged along, or like somebody was running away while bleeding, or...?]

Re: DINING HALL
The last encounter Mouri had with him was discussing Zagi's fighting prowess and getting tormented with bad puns. Mouri will try to find the culprit.
And for that reason, it is time to start. Time to stay in the Dining Hall and nowhere else]
Bruce-san, please check the body.
[It is a request. Bruce is a doctor, he should be able to find anything he or Lynne wouldn't.
For now, Mouri is going to scan the floor and between the chairs to try to find the murder weapon]
