WEEK 1.
As much as this sounds like a bad joke all around, it looks like one thing is being played completely straight: you're not going anywhere. After the Kingmaker has answered your questions (or, well, perhaps it's more accurate to say he didn't answer them, at least as far as most of those little Q&A sessions went), you'll be left up to your own devices – feel free to continue exploring and getting to know your fellow Survivors for the next several days. Should you want to eat something you're free to use the kitchen before 10PM, but after that the doors will be locked and no amount of fussing with the locks or trying to break them down will get them to budge. And no, the robot cannot punch them in for you. Notably, though, starting bright and early on Monday morning (or maybe just early, since there aren't any windows) you'll be treated to the most unholy damn noise – it's very definitely an electric siren of some sort, probably some kind of klaxon, blaring out over the PA system. It only blasts once, but really, for something that loud, once is enough. This will happen every morning at 7AM and again in the evenings at 10PM. You'll be able to hear it no matter what room you're in. There isn't any punishment for sleeping through it, but you don't want to waste the day in bed, now do you? (Unless you were out exploring all last night. In which case, go back to bed, damn.) |
MONDAY | TUESDAY | WEDNESDAY | THURSDAY
[OOC: Welcome to week one of Trustfell! Feel free to make as many top levels as you'd like and tag out to other characters! This post is for all of your interactions this week... at least until the weekend. Don't forget to save those threads for coins and the activity check!
There are also two new posts for the sake of contacting the jerk who's keeping you here, to be used at your leisure!]

He seems in reasonably high spirits today, though, all things considered; he's humming to himself as he goes about his day, checking storage early on to see if there's anything that we can even properly decorate with because god, it's ugly in here and if he has to look at the blank walls any longer he's going to go insane. Sigrun did have a point, though – there really are more candles than there actually needs to be – but it's what's behind the candles that eventually seems to get his attention; these are...a lot of matches, and if you think he's not going to start filling one of the smaller boxes for the sake of taking a fair amount of matches and candles with him then you've got another thing coming, apparently.
...Anyway.
He'll actually wait until an odd hour of the afternoon to check out the kitchen - when there are presumably less people in there, when the rush in general has died down. He has to admit that he's been curious about this place and what's in it; everything isn't...well, it's not MTT-Brand but he can admit that it's all pretty nice, and he spends a good amount of time just looking all of it over, running one of his gloved hands lightly over the refrigerator like he's considering it before...uh.
Before just opening it and proceeding to start taking goddamn everything out of it, setting it on the counter and muttering things to himself as he does so.]
Who in their right mind would put milk in here? It's going to get cold -
[Annoyance over the milk aside, the meat in there actually gives him pause, like he's not...entirely sure he wants to touch it (it's unbelievably red, is it bleeding? god, nothing about it looks right), but he will eventually, as long as it's wrapped he's fine. Either way, apparently as far as he's concerned that doesn't need to be cold, either, though he looks pretty unimpressed with it once it's on the counter.]
...Great. So the steak is cold, it's bleeding, and it's boring.
[...Mettaton, no.
Granted, tonight he'll have settled down a good amount; he can be found in Room 13 starting early in the evening, though he doesn't seem to be doing much of anything – he's got his door open, though he...appears to be on the floor? He sure is lying on the floor in there. Not in a dead way, thankfully, unless somebody's really got a thing for posing the dead in here – he's seeming pretty relaxed, and he's got his hands down at his sides, and the heart at his core is still glowing pretty well so he seems pretty alive all things considered.
...Just sort of. On the. Fucking floor. Instead of the bed. Because who the fuck knows, maybe it's a robot thing.
Anyway, he seems pretty content to be there, but that doesn't mean he minds company, either – the door is open for a reason, after all.]
Kitchen
Are you really using all of that?
[Maybe he's cooking for the group? It's possible.
It's definitely more likely than him wanting the milk to warm up. Who does that?]
no subject
Definitely not right now - so much of it is cold, and that's not really going to do me much good. It's repulsive!
[...yeahno he's actually trying to room-temp everything in there
that's a thing he's doing right now

At the very least he'll kind of...look over at Gabriel eventually, and while he doesn't seem mad he just seems kind of blank, and after a moment he brings his hands up in what's probably a universal "okay but what the hell, though" gesture of agitated confusion.]

Are you... recharging?
[Just....... asking as he hovers at the threshold of the doorway. Because its rude to enter without getting permission first, you know.]
no subject
Well, in a way, I suppose! It's more of a tradition than a necessity.
[And when he gets to his feet he's surprisingly quick about it; he's pretty agile for something made of metal, let's put it that way, and the heels don't give him any difficulty, either.]

Not at all! Just thinking about things.

He'll get up, though, and he's surprisingly quick about it.]

Of course, darling; just lost track of time, that's all. It's easy in this place.

Going to try making something? I figure as an entertainer you'd know a thing or two about whipping something up as well.
[no this is not the right idea]

Correct! You are absolutely correct - cooking shows are definitely something I do.

But everything is still a little too cold for that right now, and half of it is bleeding.

Room 13
When Colress emerges from his room to rummage in the storage room before nighttime goes into effect, he can't help but notice the door across from his being ajar. That's Mettaton's room, if he remembers right! Colress has been meaning to speak with him ever since he found out about his robot status, so perhaps this is a good opportunity?
Well. Moments later, he's peering into the room.]
Pardon my intrusion! If you're accepting visitors, I thought I might properly introduce myself.

See? There's so many of them. We don't need that many. Candles burn for hours a black out can't last that long and even if it did there is no need for so many candles.
